All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once processed, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Time:

• United States: 5–10 business days
• Canada, UK, Australia: 7–15 business days
• Other Regions: 10–20 business days

Shipping times may vary slightly due to customs or local carrier delays.

Shipping Cost:
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $40.
Orders under $40 will have a flat $4.95 shipping fee.

Order Tracking:
All orders come with a tracking link. You can check your order status anytime through your confirmation email or our Track Order page.

Lost or Delayed Packages:
If your order hasn’t arrived after 30 days, please contact us at paradvj.io@gmail.com, and we’ll immediately help you locate or replace it.

Return & Refund Policy

We stand by the quality of our products.

• You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be in unused condition with original packaging.
• Once your return is received, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
• For health and hygiene reasons, used insoles cannot be returned unless defective.
